Hi Mike,
Just wanted to thank you for sending Chris over to redo the kitchen.  I am much happier now with the lighter color– even Chris said it was “100 X better!”
I also really appreciated how professional you and your crew have been.  I cannot tell you how important it was for me that you guys always arrived on time– for someone who sees patients every 15 minutes, that is SO important to me. 
You were a pleasure to work with and I hope that you will get more clients as I pass on your card and name.
